Amira Taha

Co-Founder & Cultural Strategist

Bio

Amira Taha is a strategic equity, diversity, and inclusion leader and consultant with over 30 years’ experience in economic and social development, organisational transformation, and conscious leadership. Her work has spanned local government, the NHS, international development, and civil society, with a consistent focus on making systems fairer, more effective, and more human.

Amira is the creator of the Conscious Unbias®️ (CUb) framework — an eight‑stage model for dismantling bias and embedding intentional change. She integrates systems‑psychodynamic insight, participatory development practice, and strategic leadership development to help organisations evolve consciously and sustainably.

Her career began in Egypt, working in economic and social development before moving to the UK, where she rebuilt her career from the ground up. She is recognised for her work in race equity, gender equality, health equity, and cultural transformation, and is a trusted adviser to leaders seeking both organisational and cultural change.

“We’ve built systems that are efficient but not necessarily effective, measurable but not necessarily meaningful. If we want to change the world, we need to change what we notice, what we reward, and what we believe is worth doing — even if it doesn’t show up on a spreadsheet.” – Amira Taha

Jamie Ridealgh

Co-Founder & Facilitator

Bio

Jamie Ridealgh is a digital health leader and systems-change expert connecting healthcare, technology, and human-centred leadership.

As a senior leader in the UK’s NHS, he drives system-wide transformation in Greater Manchester primary care, making digital innovation accessible and meaningful for diverse communities.

Starting in physiotherapy, Jamie learned that care relies on human connection as much as technical skill. He later led digital transformation efforts using tools like the NHS App and online consultations to improve healthcare access while promoting equity.

His leadership, shaped by trauma-informed principles from The King’s Fund Top Manager Programme, prioritizes psychological safety so people can speak and collaborate freely. He uses participatory design, cross-sector collaboration, and systems thinking to ensure change is genuinely owned by those it serves.

Beyond healthcare, Jamie has worked in international development, secure communications, and remote health monitoring innovation, speaking globally on digital ethics and inclusion. At JustKind, he helps leaders integrate technology, equity, and human-centred leadership into lasting strategies.

“Transformation is never only about technology. It’s about trust, courage, and the willingness to design with — not for — the people we serve.” – Jamie Ridealgh
